The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 ( No. 8 of 1952 ), hereby makes the following Regulations-- |
||||||||
|
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig an ArdChlátaitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1981. |
||||||||
|
2. The 28th day of December, 1981 shall be regarded as a public holiday for the purposes of articles 2 and 3 of the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1974 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1974 ). |

These Regulations amend the main regulations (which specify the days and times that Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora will be open to the public for the purpose of making searches of the indexes) to enable the office to close on Monday 28th December, 1981. |
