YOUTH EMPLOYMENT AGENCY ACT, 1981 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1982.

YOUTH EMPLOYMENT AGENCY ACT, 1981 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1982.

I, LIAM KAVANAGH, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 31 of the Youth Employment Agency Act, 1981 (No. 32 of 1981), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Youth Employment Agency Act, 1981 (Commencement) Order, 1982.

2. The 27th day of January, 1982, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Youth Employment Agency Act, 1981 (No. 32 of 1981) shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 27th day of January, 1982.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This order appoints the date on which the Youth Employment Agency Act, 1981 shall come into operation.
