S.I. No. 70/1982:

AIR NAVIGATION (EUROCONTROL) (ROUTE CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1982.

I, JOHN P. WILSON, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 12 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), (amended by the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1971 (No. 19 of 1971) the Transport and Power (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1977 ) and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1980 ), hereby make the following regulations (the charges thereunder having been determined by me in pursuance of tariffs approved of under an international agreement to which the State is a party):

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1982 and shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1982.

(2) The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 and 1981, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 and 1982.

2. The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 ( S.I. No. 78 of 1980 ), are hereby amended as follows:--

( a ) by the substitution in Regulations 5 (1) for "21,9127 United States dollars" (inserted by the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981 (S.I. No. 343 of 1981)) of "29.8397 United States dollars".

( b ) the substitution of the Schedule thereto (inserted by the said Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) No. 2 Regulations, 1981) of the following schedule:

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
