DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1982) ORDER, 1982.

DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1982) ORDER, 1982.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 11 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1982) Order, 1982.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 29th day of November, 1982, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Dublin District Milk Board.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 15th day of September, 1982.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints a day in 1982 on which ordinary members of the Dublin District Milk Board shall be elected.
