The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 34 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Constitution of Urban Authorities Order, 1942 (Amendment) Order, 1983. |
||
|
2. Part II of the Schedule to the Constitution of Urban Authorities Order, 1942 (S.R. & O. 1942 No. 272) is hereby amended by the insertion therein of the word "Greystones," between the words "Gorey," and "Kilkee". |
||
