		S.I. No. 221/1983: HOUSING (PRIVATE RENTED DWELLINGS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1983 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1983.
		HOUSING (PRIVATE RENTED DWELLINGS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1983 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1983.
		The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (3) of section 22 of the Housing (Private Rented Dwellings) (Amendment) Act, 1983 , (No. 22 of 1983) hereby orders as follows:--
		1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Private Rented Dwellings) (Amendment) Act, 1983 , (Commencement) Order, 1983.
		2. The Housing (Private Rented Dwellings) (Amendment) Act, 1983 shall come into operation generally on the 2nd day of August, 1983.
