WORKER PARTICIPATION (NÍTRIGIN ÉIREANN TEORANTA) (NOMINATION DAY) REGULATIONS, 1984

I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Labour in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977) hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Nítrigin Eireann Teoranta) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1984.

2. The 13th day of November, 1984, is in relation to the election to be held in 1984 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations appoint 13th November, 1984 as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 in Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta shall be received by the returning officer.
