DENTISTS ACT, 1985 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1985.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 3 of the Dentists Act, (1985) (No. 9 of 1985) hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dentists Act, 1985 (Commencement) Order, 1985.

2. Sections 1 to 4, 6 to 25 and 63 of the Dentists Act, 1985 shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1985.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation certain provisions of the Dentists Act, 1985 , preparatory to setting up the Dental Council, the establishment of which is provided for in the Act.
