The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 (4) of the Health (Family Planning) (Amendment) Act, 1985 (No. 4 of 1985) hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This order may be cited as the Health (Family Planning) (Amendment) Act, 1985 (Commencement) Order 1985. |
||
|
2. The Health (Family Planning) (Amendment) Act, 1985 shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1985. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
