REGISTRATION OF POTATO GROWERS AND POTATO PACKERS ACT, 1984 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1985.

REGISTRATION OF POTATO GROWERS AND POTATO PACKERS ACT, 1984 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1985.

I, AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 11 (2) of the Registration of Potato Growers and Potato Packers Act, 1984 (No. 25 of 1984), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Potato Growers and Potato Packers Act, 1984 (Commencement) Order, 1985.

2. The 7th day of October, 1985 is hereby appointed to be the day on which the registration of Potato Growers and Potato Packers Act, 1984 (No. 25 of 1984), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 7th day of October, 1985.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prescribes 7th October, 1985 as the date on which the Registration of Potato Growers and Potato Packers Act, 1984 (No. 25 of 1984), shall come into operation.
