S.I. No. 351/1985:

DENTISTS ACT, 1985 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1985.

DENTISTS ACT, 1985 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1985.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Dentists Act, 1985 (No. 9 of 1985), hereby orders as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Dentists Act, 1985 (Establishment Day) Order, 1985.

2. The 13th day of November, 1985 shall be the establishment day for the purposes of the Dentists Act, 1985 .

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 31st day

of October, 1985.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this order is to specify the 13th November, 1985 as the date on which the Dental Council will be established in accordance with the terms of the Dentists Act, 1985 .
