I, JIM MITCHELL, Minister for Communications in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 16 (3) of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1983 (No. 38 of 1983), hereby order as follows:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1983 (Commencement) Order, 1985. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of January 1986, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1983 (No. 38 of 1983), shall come into operation. |
||
