STATE GUARANTEES ACT, 1954 (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER, 1985.

The Government in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), hereby make the following Order:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 1985.

(2) The State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule Orders, 1957 to 1983, and this Order may be cited together as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Orders, 1957 to 1985.

2. The Schedule to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 , is hereby amended by the addition of "Dublin Port and Docks Board" to the bodies specified in the second column and the insertion in the third column of "£7,000,000" in respect of that body.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order enables the guaranteeing by the State, pursuant to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 , of borrowings by Dublin Port and Docks Board up to a maximum of £7,000,000.
