I, MICHAEL NOONAN, T.D., Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 7 of the National Development Corporation Act, 1986 (No. 5 of 1986), hereby make the following order:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the National Development Corporation Limited (Vesting Day) Order, 1986. |
||
|
2. The 11th day of June, 1986, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the National Development Corporation Limited. |
||
|
