The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Nurses Act, 1985 (No. 18 of 1985), hereby orders as follows:-- |
||
|
1. This order may be cited as the Nurses Act, 1985 (Establishment Day) Order, 1986. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of September, 1986 shall be the establishment day for the purposes of the Nurses Act, 1985 . |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
The effect of this order is to specify the 1st September, 1986 as the date on which An Bord Altranais (the Nursing Board) will be established in accordance with the terms of the Nurses Act, 1985 . |
