CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1986) ORDER, 1986.

I, AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 11 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Election Day, 1986) Order, 1986.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 28th day of November, 1986, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board.
