I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1987 (Revocation) Order, 1987. |
||
|
2. The Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 38 of 1987 ) is hereby revoked. |
||
|
GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 16th day of March, 1987. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
