I, BRENDAN DALY, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 17 (3) of the Free Ports Act, 1986 (No. 6 of 1986), and the Communications (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 91 of 1987 ), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Free Ports Act, 1986 (Commencement) Order, 1987. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of July, 1987, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Free Ports Act, 1986 (No. 6 of 1986), shall come into operation. |
||
|
