LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SUPERANNUATION) ACT, 1980 (SECTION 11) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1987. |

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the power conferred on him by paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section 12 of the Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1980 (No. 8 of 1980), hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1980 (Section 11) (Commencement) Order, 1987. |
||
|
2. Section 11 of the Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1980 shall come into operation on the 10th day of December, 1987. |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE |
