I, BRENDAN DALY, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 23 (3) of the Fisheries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1987 (No. 32 of 1987), hereby order as follows: |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1987 (Commencement) Order, 1987. |
||
|
2. The Fisheries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1987 , shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1988. |
||
|
