I, GERARD COLLINS, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1988 (No. 16 of 1988), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor (Commencement of Part II) (Special Restaurant Licences) Order, 1988. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of July, 1988, is hereby appointed as the day on which Part II of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1988 (No. 16 of 1988), shall come into operation. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
This Order brings Part II of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1988 , concerning the granting of special restaurant licences, into operation on the 1st day of July, 1988. |
