VALUATION ACT, 1988 (SECTION 10) REGULATION, 1988.

I, RAY MACSHARRY, T.D., Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 10 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulation:

1. This Regulation may be cited as the Valuation Act, 1988 (Section 10) Regulation, 1988.

2. Different dates may be prescribed under subsection (8) of section 3 of the Valuation Act, 1988 , for the coming into operation of different provisions of that section and the said subsection (8) shall stand modified accordingly.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Regulation allows the Minister for Finance to prescribe different dates on which different provisions of section 3 of the Valuation Act, 1988 , will come into operation.
