CIVIL SERVICE SUPERANNUATION REGULATIONS, 1988.

I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1976 (No. 22 of 1976), and the Public Service (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 81 of 1987 ), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Service Superannuation Regulations, 1988.

(2) These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 15th day of November, 1983.

2. Subsection (10)(B) (a) (inserted by the Civil Service Superannuation (No. 2) Regulations, 1983 ( S.I. No. 343 of 1983 )), of section 3 of the Superannuation Act, 1887, is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition of "the Company" of the following definition:

"'the Company' means the Dairy Disposal Company Limited, the Condensed Milk Company of Ireland (1928) Limited, the Newmarket Dairy Company (1932), Limited and Cleeves Confectionary, Limerick, Limited;".
