I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988) hereby make the following Regulation: |

1. This Regulation may be cited as the Valuatior (Revisions and New Valuation) (Fees) Regulation, 1988. |
||
|
2. The fee to be charged in respect of an application by an owner or occupier of any property or by a rating authority under section 3 (1) of the Valuation Act, 1988 , shall be £20. |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE |
||
|
This Regulation sets a fee of £20 for any application made to have the rateable valuation of a property revised or fixed for the first time. |
