I, MARY O'ROURKE, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (3) of the Dublin City University Act, 1989 (No. 15 of 1989), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin City University Act, 1989 (Commencement) Order, 1989.

2. The 22nd day of June, 1989, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Dublin City University Act, 1989 , (No. 15 of 1989), shall come into operation.
