S.I. No. 293/1989:

AIR POLLUTION ACT, 1987 (AUTHORISED FIREPLACE) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS 1989.

AIR POLLUTION ACT, 1987 (AUTHORISED FIREPLACE) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS 1989.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10 and section 40 (2) of the Air Pollution Act, 1987 (No. 6 of 1987), hereby makes the following Regulations:--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Pollution Act, 1987 (Authorised Fireplace) (Revocation) Regulations, 1989.

2. The Air Pollution Act, 1987 (Authorised Fireplace) Regulations, 1988 ( S.I. No. 297 of 1988 ) are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations revoke regulations which approved a solid fuel appliance for use in the area specified in the Special Control Area (Ballyfermot) Order 1988.
