I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Bord Glas Act, 1990 (No. 1 of 1990 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Bord Glas Act, 1990 (Establishment Day) Order, 1990.

2. The 22nd day of March, 1990, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Bord Glas Act, 1990 (No. 1 of 1990 ).

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 21st day of March, 1990.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints 22 March, 1990 as the day on which An Bord Glas -- The Horticultural Development Board -- is established.
