I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Bord Glas Act, 1990 (No. 1 of 1990 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Bord Glas Act, 1990 (Establishment Day) Order, 1990.

2. The 22nd day of March, 1990, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Bord Glas Act, 1990 (No. 1 of 1990 ).
