		S.I. No. 299/1990: PUBLIC HOSPITALS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1990 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1990.
		PUBLIC HOSPITALS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1990 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1990.
		The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 11 (3) of the Public Hospitals (Amendment) Act, 1990 (No. 30 of 1990) hereby orders as follows:--
		1. This Order may be cited as the Public Hospitals (Amendment) Act, 1990 (Commencement) Order, 1990.
		2. Sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 9 and 11 of the Public Hospitals (Amendment) Act, 1990 shall come into operation on 14th day of December, 1990.
		GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 13th day of December, 1990.

		EXPLANATORY NOTE.
		This Order brings into operation certain provisions of the Public Hospitals (Amendment) Act, 1990 .
