I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 24 (2) of the Industrial Relations Act, 1990 (No. 19 of 1990), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Labour Relations Commission (Establishment) Order, 1991. |
||
|
2. The 21st day of January, 1991, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Labour Relations Commission shall stand established. |
||
|
