FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDERS, 1991 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1991.

I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Orders, 1991 (Revocation) Order, 1991.

2. The Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1991 ( S.I. No. 86 of 1991 ), and the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) (No. 2) Order, 1991 ( S.I. No. 87 of 1991 ), are hereby revoked.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 13th day of May, 1991.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes and removes the restrictions imposed by the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1991, and the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) (No. 2) Order, 1991.
