I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 , 50 , 102 , 194 and 226 of the Companies Act, 1990 (No. 33 of 1990), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Forms) Regulations, 1991.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1991.

3. The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations, or forms to the like effect, are hereby prescribed as the forms to be used for the purposes of the provisions of the Companies Act, 1990 (No. 33 of 1990), specified therein, with such variations as circumstances require.
