COMPETITION (NOTIFICATION FEE) REGULATIONS, 1991.

COMPETITION (NOTIFICATION FEE) REGULATIONS, 1991.

I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23 of the Competition Act, 1991 (No. 24 of 1991), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. ( a ) These Regulations may be cited as the Competition (Notification Fee) Regulations, 1991.

( b ) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1991.

2. Every agreement, decision and concerted practice to be notified to the Authority under section 7 of the Competition Act, 1991 (No. 24 of 1991), shall be accompanied by a fee of £100.00.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations prescribe the appropriate fee to be sent with any agreement, decision and concerted practice which is notified under the Competition Act, 1991 .
