COMPETITION ACT, 1991 (NOTICE OF LICENCES AND CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS, 1992.

I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23 of the Competition Act, 1991 (No. 24 of 1991), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. ( a ) These Regulations may be cited as the Competition Act, 1991 (Notice of Licences and Certificates) Regulations, 1992.

( b ) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 13th day of April, 1992.

2. Notice of the grant of a licence or the issue of a certificate under section 4 shall be given to every body to which it relates by being sent by registered post to that body at the address indicated in the relevant notification under section 7 as the address of that body.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations prescribe the appropriate manner in which the Competition Authority shall give notice of its decisions.
