I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 (3) and 5 (3) of the Land Bond Act, 1992 (No. 4 of 1992), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Land Bond Act, 1992 (Sections 4 and 5) (Commencement) Order, 1992. |
||
|
2. The 29th day of May, 1992, is hereby appointed as the day on which sections 4 and 5 of the Land Bond Act, 1992 (No. 4 of 1992), shall come into operation. |
||
