COUNTY OF WEXFORD TRAFFIC AND PARKING (AMENDMENT) BYE-LAWS, 1992. |

I, PATRICK J. CULLIGAN, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 90 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961) (as adapted by the Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 269 of 1977 )), with the consent of the Minister for the Environment and after consultation with the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Wexford, hereby make the following bye-laws, in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Wexford: |

1. These Bye-Laws may be cited as the County of Wexford Traffic and Parking (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 1992. |
||
2. Bye-law 26 of the County of Wexford Traffic and Parking Bye-Laws, 1986 ( S.I. No. 201 of 1986 ), is hereby amended by the insertion after "20p" of the following: |
||
"except that in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Wexford the said fee shall be 30p", |
||
and the said bye-law as so amended is set out in the Table to this bye-law. |

26. The fee for a parking disc shall be 20p except that in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Wexford the said fee shall be 30p. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
These bye-laws amend bye-law 26 of the County of Wexford Traffic and Parking Bye-laws 1986 ( S.I. No. 201 of 1986 ) in providing an increase in the fee for a parking disc from 20p to 30p in Wexford Town. The fee for the county of Wexford will remain at 20p. |
