FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) (No. 1) ORDER, 1992.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) (No. 1) Order, 1992.

2. The area specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a fowl pest infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).

SCHEDULE.

That area of County Dublin north of the City of Dublin and the River Tolka and that area of County Meath east of the roads N3 and R155.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order declares the area specified in the Schedule to be an infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).
