I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (4) of section 5 of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1992 (No. 3 of 1992), hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1992 (Section 5) (Commencement) Order, 1992. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of November, 1992, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 5 of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1992 (No. 3 of 1992), shall be deemed to have come into operation. |
||
