I, MÁIRE GEOGHEGAN-QUINN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 6 of the Censorship of Films (Amendment) Act, 1992 (No. 29 of 1992), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Censorship of Films (Amendment) Act, 1992 (Commencement) Order, 1993.

2. The 5th day of August, 1993, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Censorship of Films (Amendment) Act, 1992 (No. 29 of 1992), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order fixes 5th August, 1993 as the day on which the Censorship of Films (Amendment) Act, 1992 shall come into operation.
