COMPTROLLER AND AUDITOR GENERAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1993 (NO. 2) ORDER, 1993.

COMPTROLLER AND AUDITOR GENERAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1993 (NO. 2) ORDER, 1993.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14 (1) of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 8 of 1993), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 2) Order, 1993.

2. This Order shall be deemed to have come into effect on the 1st day of October, 1993.

3. The annual rate of remuneration of the Comptroller and Auditor General shall, with effect from the 1st day of October, 1993, be £63,067.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revises the salary of the Comptroller and Auditor General following the bringing into operation of provisions of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 .
