I, DICK SPRING, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (3) of the European Communities (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 25 of 1993), hereby order as follows: |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the European Communities (Amendment) Act, 1993 (Section 3) (Commencement) Order, 1993. |
||
|
2. The first day of January, 1994, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 3 of the European Communities (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 25 of 1993), shall come into operation. |
||
