I, DAVID ANDREWS, T.D., Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Wreck) Act, 1993 (No. 34 of 1993), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Wreck) Act, 1993 (Commencement) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of March, 1994, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Wreck) Act, 1993 shall come into operation. |
||
