The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), hereby makes the following Regulations:-- |
||
|
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Extraction Solvents in Foodstuffs) (Revocation) Regulations, 1994. |
||
|
2. These Regulations shall come into force on the 21st day of April, 1994. |
||
|
3. The European Communities (Extraction Solvents in Foodstuffs) Regulations, 1991 (S.I. 334 of 1991) are hereby revoked. |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
The Regulations revoke the European Communities (Extraction Solvents in Foodstuffs) Regulations, 1991 (S.I. 334 of 1991) which were replaced by the Health (Extraction Solvents in Foodstuffs) Regulations, 1993 ( S.I. No. 387 of 1993 ). |
||
