I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Investment Limited Partnerships Act, 1994 (No. 24 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This may be cited as the Investment Limited Partnerships Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. The 25th day of July, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Investment Limited Partnerships Act, 1994 shall come into operation. |
||
