I, MÁIRE GEOGHEGAN-QUINN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 17 (4) of the Extradition (Amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 6 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Amendment) Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. The 22nd day of August, 1994 is hereby fixed as the day on which the Extradition (Amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 6 of 1994), shall come into operation. |
||
|
