FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1994 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1994. |

I, DAVID ANDREWS, T.D., Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 1, (2) of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 23 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of August, 1994, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1994 shall come into operation. |
||
