I, MICHAEL D. HIGGINS, T.D., Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 24 (4) of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 17 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. The 21st day of November, 1994, is hereby fixed as the day on which the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994 , other than section 17 thereof, shall come into operation. |
||
|
