I, MICHAEL D. HIGGINS, T.D., Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 24 (4) of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 17 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of March, 1995, is hereby fixed as the day on which section 17 of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994 shall come into operation. |
||
|
