I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994 (No. 18 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |

1. This order may be cited as the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994 (Establishment Day) Order, 1994. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of December, 1994, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994 (No. 18 of 1994). |
||
