		I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994 (No. 18 of 1994), hereby order as follows:
		1. This order may be cited as the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994 (Establishment Day) Order, 1994.
		2. The 1st day of December, 1994, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994 (No. 18 of 1994).
