The Minister for Social Welfare in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (7) of section 6 of the National Social Service Board Act, 1984 (No. 2 of 1984), hereby makes the following Regulations: |

| Citation. | ||
|
1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Social Service Board (Membership) Regulations, 1995. |
||
| Number of members. | ||
|
2. The maximum number of members of the Board, in addition to the chairman and vice-chairman, specified in section 6 (1) of the National Social Service Board Act, 1984 is hereby varied by the substitution of "fifteen" for "ten". |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
These Regulations provide for an increase in the number of members of the National Social Service Board, in addition to the chairman and vice-chairman, from ten to fifteen. |
