The Minister for Social Welfare in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12 of the Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 1995 (No. 23 of 1995), hereby orders as follows: |

| Citation. | ||

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 1995 (Section 11) (Commencement) Order, 1995. |
||
| Commencement. | ||
|
2. Section 11 of the Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 1995 shall come into operation on the 7th day of September, 1995. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
This Order brings section 11 of the Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 1995 into operation with effect from the 7th of September, 1995. |
||
|
Section 11 of the 1995 (No. 2) Act amends existing provisions for the assessment of means for Unemployment Assistance purposes in the case of a person engaged in insurable employment of a seasonal nature. |
